Normal league playing rules
apply, except that each game must have a winner.
Ties are to be broken as
follows.

If either team has fewer than
five eligible players that did not participate in the 1st
shootout, then this round will consist of the number of players
available on the smaller team. (For example, Team A has 8 players;
Team B has 12. After the 1st shootout, Team A has three
players that have not participated. The 2nd shootout round will
consist of 3 players from each team. |

Teams will be equalized. However,
the team with more players may opt to allow all players to participate.
In the example above, Team B may designate 8 players to take PKs.
Alternatively, Team B may allow all 12 players to participate. The
election must be made prior to the team’s first penalty kick. |
